Fusion - IndoItaly Drumstick (Saragva) Basil Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
About 10 stick Drumstick (Saragva vegetable), long cut about 2 inch in length
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tbsp light olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh Basil, finely chopped
¼ tsp Oreganos
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp Cumin powder
Fresh Basil for Garnish
Salt to your taste
Steps:
1. Place Drumstick (Saragva vegetable) with water and salt in a pressure cooker or an Instant pot.
2. Wait for an hour for the Saragva to cool down. Remove the pulp from each Drumstick, strain the liquid water to use as vegetable stock.
3. Heat the olive oil in a deep pot, stir fry garlic and onions until onions are tender.
4. Add tomatoes, Organos, Bay Leaves, fresh basil, cumin powder, and the vegetable stock from the boiled drumsticks, occasionally stir over medium heat until it forms the consistency of the soup as shown in the picture.
5. Garnish with black peppers and basil leaves.
6. Serve with your favorite bread.
