Indian - Gujarati Style Ladva Recipe
This sweet goes very well with traditional Gujarati meal, especially with Gujarati type of Daal (Lentil). It can last for a month, if the remaining Ladva is stored in a refrigerator. Take them out at a room temperature for an hour before serving.

One of my favorite desserts is the cheesecake that is perfect to make for a party of 15 to 20 people. Best time to make this dish during mango season. I prefer to use Kent or Ataulfo mangoes. Bring Mango cheesecake out from the refrigerator 15 minutes prior to serving.
