Gujarati Lasaniya Baby Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
· 18 small baby red and white potatoes
· 1/8 cup sweet onions, finely chopped
· 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
· Pinch of turmeric
· 2 to 3 tbsp Lasaniya Marchu (Spicy Garlic Chili Chutney)
· ½ tsp mustard seeds
· 1 tbsp oil
Steps:
1. Slit the potatoes crisscross, without separating them in two part. Do not take the skin out!
2. In a large wok, heat the oil, add mustard seeds until sputters, add potatoes and onions with 1/8 cup water, and turmeric. Stir occasionally over medium-high heat until potatoes are tender half way.
3. Now, add tomatoes and Lasaniya Marchu, continue to stir occasionally until potatoes are tendered. Let it simmer until the tomatoes are softened.
4. Garnish with cilantros.
