Ingredients:
· 8 to 10 large garlic cloves
· 2 tbsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
· 1 tsp dry hot red chili peppers (Optional)
· 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
· 1 tbsp cumin powder
· ½ cup oil
· Salt to your taste
Steps:
1. Add all ingredients in a food chopper to make the paste, add extra oil as needed.
2. Keep the Jar close in a refrigerator. Serve with any type of Indian Meals.
