Thai Green Lobster Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

· 4 Lobster Tail

· 3 tbsp Thai Green Curry paste

· ½ can Coconut Cream

· ½ cup onions, finely chopped

· ½ cup bell pepper, finely chopped

· 1 tbsp fresh Thai Basil, finely chopped

· 1 tbsp Ginger paste

· 1 tsp Garlic paste

· 1 tsp palm sugar

· ½ cup lemon

· 1/8 cup fresh Cilantro, finely chopped

· 1 or 2 Green Thai Chilies, finely chopped

· ½ cup water

· 3 tbsp oil

· Salt

Steps:

1. Wash Lobster Tail before using them. Rub the lobster with lemon and salt to your taste

2. In a large pot, heat the oil, add ginger, garlic, and Thai green curry paste. Sauté for 30 seconds.

3. Add green Thai chilies, onions and bell pepper, stir until onions and bell pepper half way cooked.

4. Add Coconut cream, water, sugar, and salt to your taste, continue to stir. Keep the heat to medium. Place 4 Lobster Tail and cover. Keep it for about 10 to 15 minutes until the lobster shell turns to red.

5. Garnish with basil and cilantro.

6. Serve this dish with either white Jasmine or brown rice.

Hint: You may want to separate the shell from Lobster before you cook them.
